Project Overview
Our team was small: 5 people, 1 single office setup tasked with supporting the entirety of a nearly 3,000+ staffed department wherein we handle most printing, design, media production, and even live event production. Without a system in place beyond a Google Calendar and Gmail, it was chaotic at best to keep track of workload, intake, job tracking and upcoming events with the short notice and lack of centralized communication.
